Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to ingest "protein," which is to be ingested in order to increase muscle mass, while enjoying the protein. The present invention provides a high-protein-content ice cream or bavarois candy that contains 15.0-20.0 wt.% of protein, about 5.0-10.0 wt.% of lipids, and 40.0-60.0 wt.% of water, the ice cream or candy being such that at least 80 wt.% of the lipids are medium-chain fatty acid triglycerides.
