Abstract:
The present invention relates to high-protein microalgal biomass having excellent pepsin digestibility, a culture method and use thereof. A composition disclosed in the present invention has a high protein content, but also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are useful fatty acids similar to those in fish meal, and thus can directly replace fish meal when mixing animal feed.
