Abstract:
A high-resolution polarized low-coherence interferometric pressure measurement device, which is provided in sequence with, from an input end to an output end, a broadband light source (1), an optical fiber coupler (2), an optical fiber Fabry Perot sensor (3), a collimating lens (4), a polarizer (5), a birefringent wedge (6) having a spatial inclination, a polarization analyzer (7), an area-array camera (8), and a signal processing unit (9). The optical fiber coupler (2) guides the light emitted by the broadband light source (1) into the optical fiber Fabry Perot sensor (3) and guides the light returned by the optical fiber Fabry Perot sensor (3) to an interferometric demodulation light path. The optical fiber Fabry Perot sensor (3) converts a pressure change into a cavity length change of a Fabry Perot cavity, wherein different pressures correspond to different cavity lengths of the Fabry Perot cavity. The collimating lens (4), the polarizer (5), the birefringent wedge (6) having a spatial inclination, the polarization analyzer (7), and the area-array camera (8) constitute an interferometric demodulator. The collimating lens (4) is disposed at the foremost end of the interferometric demodulation light path to converge and collimate a light beam. The polarizer (5) polarizes the input signal light which is collimated by the collimating lens. The birefringent wedge (6) having a spatial inclination divides the linearly polarized light beam generated by the polarizer (5) into two orthogonal linearly polarized light beams, such that the two orthogonal linearly polarized light beams have a spatial optical path difference which is linearly distributed along the thickness variation direction of the wedge, and low-coherence interferometric fringes are zoomed on the horizontal and vertical directions by different degrees by means of a two-dimensional spatial wedge angle of the birefringent wedge (6) having a spatial inclination. Also provided is a high-resolution polarized low-coherence interferometric pressure measurement method.
