Abstract:
A high-rubber asphalt masterbatch and a low-temperature environmentally-friendly manufacturing process thereof, the raw materials comprising the following components in terms of weight percentage content: a sulfurized rubber powder: 10-50; a deconstructing agent: 5-15; and a mastic asphalt: 40-80; The high-rubber asphalt masterbatch is a homogeneous blend for which the sulfurized rubber powder is desulfurized and degraded in the deconstructing agent, then added with the mastic asphalt, and blended together. The masterbatch effectively solves the problem of a strong odor and substandard emissions during a subsequent asphalt product production process; an exchange of substances between the rubber powder and asphalt in a subsequent processing process is facilitated, thus increasing compatibility and stability.
