Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-sensitive glucose sensor using polyaniline with a pH-sensitive fractal structure and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically to, a sensor for detecting glucose and a preparation method therefor, the sensor comprising a porous polymer base with multiple holes, wherein the holes are modified with polyaniline including glucose oxidase (GOD). The glucose sensor according to the present invention is modified with polyaniline having a fractal dendrite structure, so that glucose-sensing effects may be improved by increasing pH sensitivity, and the concentration of glucose alone may be measured with high sensitivity with minimized interference by fructose which is similar to glucose.
