Title:
HIGH-SENSITIVITY BIOSENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/155369
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To increase detection specificity of a biosensor. [Solution] Provided is a biosensor that comprises an identifying substance capable of binding to a detection target substance and an electrode that charges the electric charge of the identifying substance, detects change in the charge density of the electrode generated by the binding of the detection target substance to the identifying substance, and is characterized by: the surface of the electrode being coated by polycatecholamine; a polymer layer, that has a molecular template having a complementary structure to the molecular structure of the detection target substance, being formed on all or part of the electrode surface coated by polycatecholamine; the polymer layer including the identifying substance; and the polymer layer being an ultra-thin layer.
