Abstract:
A high-sensitivity high formwork collapse prevention detection early-warning system, comprising a group of sensors, a cloud computing system and an early-warning system, wherein the sensors send monitoring signals to the cloud computing system; the cloud computing system establishes a coordinate system for a high formwork according to a three-dimensional space position, and divides the coordinate system into a plurality of monitoring areas; and the early-warning system receives an early-warning signal from the cloud computing system, and gives an early warning. The early-warning system can effectively monitor whether the internal structure of a high formwork supporting system deforms, avoids the defects of a traditional monitoring algorithm wherein by means of same external deformation can only be observed and emergency measures cannot be taken, and sends a correct early-warning signal in a timely manner, thereby reducing casualties and property loss which may be caused during a traditional monitoring process.
