Abstract:
The present invention relates to high-solids saccharification of a lignocellulosic biomass and recycling of cellulases, and more specifically, the present invention provides an effect of establishing a glucose production process that is easier and more efficient than existing saccharification processes, by removing glucose through collection of cellulases used in first high-solids saccharification of lignocellulosic biomass, recycling the cellulases for second high-solids saccharification, and improving the saccharification rate of the lignocellulosic biomass through the use of polyethylene glycol as an adjuvant.
