Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-speed beating and fluffing mechanism, comprising a numerically-controlled slide groove rotating mechanism, a position limiting mechanism (20), a fixed stroke reciprocating mechanism (24, 241, 242), a beating transmission linkage rod, an original point signal mechanism, an electric box (3) and a beating batten portion. The numerically-controlled slide groove rotating mechanism comprises a numerically-controlled servo motor (4), a small gear (5), a large gear (6) and a slide groove base. The numerically-controlled servo motor (4) drives the small gear (5), the small gear (5) engages with the large gear (6), and the slide groove base is rotatable on a machine frame. The large gear (6) and the slide groove base are fixedly coupled with each other and rotate around the same axis. The slide groove base is provided with a slide groove (10) having a central line passing through the center of the large gear, or the large gear (6) is provided with the slide groove (10) having a central line passing through the center of the large gear. A pivot shaft for a hinge point between a first and a second stage link rod (11, 13) is provided with a slide block or a rotor (14), and the slide block or the rotor (14) are limited inside the slide groove (10) and are in a sliding or rolling state in the direction of the slide groove (10). The small gear (5) driving the large gear (6) to rotate realizes a constant angle between the first and second stage linkage rods (11, 13), so as to control the position of the beating point. The high-speed beating and fluffing mechanism has a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture and stable in terms of batten beating, and can effectively ensure the speed and precision of fluffing weaving.
