Abstract:
A high-speed bullet train large curved-surface plate ridge fast superplastic forming die, comprising an upper die (1) and a lower die (2) for performing superplastic forming on a plate material. A forming groove (5) for forming a plate material forming surface is provided in the lower die, and a convex die (11) which is opposite to the forming groove and is used for extruding the plate material (3) into the forming groove is formed on the upper die in a protruding manner. An air inlet channel (4) communicated to the inner end face of the upper die and used for introducing air bulging forming air pressure into the plate material is further provided on the upper die. The convex die abuts against the plate material to extrude the plate material into the forming groove, and air bulging forming is performed on the plate material extruded into the forming groove by means of the air inlet channel. By adopting the mode of combining the convex die and air bulging forming, in the plate material forming process, the convex die is used for extruding the plate material to achieve forming and supplement of the plate material, and surface folding of the plate material is reduced; and then by means of the air bulging forming mode, coexistence of macro domain large dimension and local small dimension of the plate material can be achieved, and the forming efficiency of superplastic forming is improved.
