A high-speed cable and unit structures thereof, relating to the technical field of cables. Each of the unit structure comprises a cable core, a low dielectric material layer (3) coating the cable core, a shielding layer, and a first outer coating layer (7) coating the shielding layer, wherein the cable core comprises two inner conductors (1) and an insulating layer (2) extruded outside the inner conductors (1); the low dielectric material layer (3) is wrapped outside the cable core; the shielding layer comprises a first shielding layer (5) and a second shielding layer (6); the first shielding layer (5) is longitudinally wrapped outside the cable core in parallel; and the second shielding layer (6) is wrapped outside the first shielding layer (5). The high-speed cable comprises at least one group of unit structures. According to the unit structures of the high-speed cable, a layer of wrapping shielding is added on the basis of longitudinal wrapping shielding, so that the structure is compact, and is not easy to fold and deform, the thickness of an aluminum base is increased, and the shielding effect is improved.
