Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-speed computer cut-to-size saw, comprising a main clamp feeding device (20), which is provided with a first main clamp device (45) and a second main clamp device (46), and an auxiliary clamp feeding device (21) provided with an auxiliary clamp device (129). A control system comprises a main clamp feeding device control unit and an auxiliary clamp feeding device control unit, wherein the main clamp feeding device control unit comprises a first (47) main clamp mechanism control unit and a second (103) main clamp mechanism control unit; the auxiliary clamp feeding device control unit comprises an auxiliary (152) clamp mechanism control unit; and the second main clamp mechanism control unit and the auxiliary clamp mechanism control unit both comprise a clamping control unit, and a moving and overturning control unit. Further disclosed are a control system and a machining method for the cut-to-size saw. Two plates with different lengths can be achieved by means of sawing in one step by the cut-to-size saw, such that efficiency is improved.
