Abstract:
A high-speed diaphragm coupling is provided. High-speed diaphragm couplings are mounted in alternate directions by using a fixing assembly (11) according to a pin length of a cotter bolt (3). Lateral vibration of a lateral vibration diaphragm coupling is adjusted to ensure accurate positioning and high concentricity to prevent lateral vibration characteristics of a coupling from being close to a rotation frequency of a rotor system, thereby eliminating the problem of unstable vibration of a rotor in high-speed operation. A connection cavity (7) of a second half-coupling (10) is cone-shaped. A contact area between the cone-shaped connection cavity (7) and a shaft cone surface is large, ensuring good contact and preventing looseness during high-speed operation. After installation, a diaphragm (5) will not undergo distortion, and it is ensured that a total centroid of a bolt connection piece falls in the center of a diaphragm coupling diaphragm group, thereby further reducing vibration of the coupling during operation.
