Abstract:
A high-speed filling and plugging system, comprising a delivery device (1), a plug feeding device (2), a filling device (3), a first plugging device (4), a second plugging device (5), and a rubber plug transfer device (6), the filling device (3), the first plugging device (4), the second plugging device (5), the rubber plug transfer device (6), and the plug feeding device (2) being arranged in sequence; the rubber plug transfer device (6) comprises a first plugging plate (61) and a second plugging plate (62) which are arranged in parallel, a swing driving member (64) for driving the first plugging plate (61) and the second plugging plate (62) to swing, and a cam block (65) for driving the first plugging plate (61) and the second plugging plate (62) to slide relative to each other; a rolling member (68) fitting the cam block (65) is provided on the first plugging plate (61); a first rubber plug positioning channel (63) is provided on the first plugging plate (61); a second rubber plug positioning channel (66) is provided on the second plugging plate (62); and a plug pushing component (7) is provided below the plug feeding device (2). The method comprises: delivering containers (8) by a delivery device (1); performing filling by a filling device (3); and after two or more rows of containers (8) are filled, plugging the front and rear rows of containers (8) by a first plugging device (4) and a second plugging device (5). The system has a simple structure, high production efficiency, and good operation stability.
