Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-speed flying method for an unidentified flying object and a power deflection ring wing aircraft. The method is a method for generating a driving force in the horizontal direction by means of a saucer-shaped aircraft or an underwater submarine with a ring wing aircraft as a force lifting device. Vanes (5) or fluid generators on a ring wing all repeat the same deflection process when passing through a specific road section every time in two or three successive circular motions. On the same circumference of the ring wing of the ring wing aircraft, at least two vanes (5) or fluid generators are configured with deflection devices. The deflection devices can deflect onto the specific road section and completely recover or basically recover the state occurring before deflection happens after sweeping past the specific road section, and the deflection devices are devices capable of changing a wingspan orientation and/or angles of attack of the vanes or are devices capable of changing the directions of the acting forces generated by the fluid generators.
