Abstract:
A high-speed level switching hoist and an automated multi-level warehouse. The high-speed level switching hoist comprises a frame (1) and a goods conveying platform (2) slidably provided in the frame (1). Multiple entrances for a shuttle to enter the goods conveying platform (2) are provided in a vertical direction on one side of the frame (1). The goods conveying platform (2) comprises a shelf (201) and a pair of vehicle rails (202) enabling the shuttle to enter the shelf (201). One end of the vehicle rails (202) facing the entrance is pivotably connected to a gate (203). A first driving device for controlling the gate (203) to rotate is drivingly connected to the gate (203). The first driving device can drive the gate (203) to pass through the entrance and be connected to a shelf rail (8) on an outer side of the frame (1), and can drive the gate (203) to rotate to a position above the vehicle rail (202) and to prevent the shuttle from leaving the vehicle rail (202). The present application solves the technical issue in the prior art of poor connection between a goods conveying platform in a level switching hoist and a shelf rail in a warehouse and a shuttle trolley moving laterally on a goods conveying platform in motion.
