Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-speed linear vibrating machine with stable feeding, comprising: a bottom plate, a top plate, a pair of anti-vibration plate springs, a pair of piezoelectric elements, two pairs of amplification-increasing plate springs, a counterweight for maintaining balance, and a pair of Z-shaped fixing blocks, wherein the pair of anti-vibration plate springs are respectively arranged at front and rear positions in a conveying direction, and are respectively composed of a plate spring with a plate surface facing the conveying direction; the amplification-increasing plate springs respectively connect, at the front and rear positions in the conveying direction, the counterweight to vibration plate springs located at a lower side thereof and are provided with the piezoelectric elements, and respectively include a vibration plate spring structure with a plate surface facing the conveying direction; the top plate is supported and fixed by the pair of amplification-increasing plate springs at the front and rear positions of the conveying direction; and two ends of the bottom plate are respectively fixedly provided with the anti-vibration plate springs. According to the present utility model, the anti-vibration effect is improved by means of reducing the total height of the vibration machine, so as to achieve high-speed and stable feeding, and thereby reducing the height of the whole device while also ensuring the vibration amplitude.
