Abstract:
The disclosed method for manufacturing a matured oligonucleotide library includes: a step in which an oligonucleotide library to be matured is terminally modified, with a tag sequence added to the 5' end and an arrest sequence that stops ribosome translation elongation added to the 3' end; a step in which the terminally modified sequence is transcribed, yielding a transcript; and an in vitro translation step in which said transcript is translated in vitro. In said method, the oligonucleotide library to be matured is a random oligonucleotide library.
