Abstract:
A high-speed rail CRTS III ballastless track plate forming mold. A side mold (3) is symmetrically provided with upper support bases (4); upper support rods (6) are provided between the upper support bases (4); a lifting track (5) is provided at the inner side of the upper support base (4). The mold can counteract deformation stress on the side mold during tensioning, and eliminating flexural stress of a bottom mold. Also provided is a demolding device specific for the high-speed rail CRTS III ballastless track plate forming mold; by using a track lifter (16), the upper support rods (6) can be quickly pushed into upper support rod grooves (8) of the side molds (2) at the two sides. The device has a simple structure and is easy to use.
