Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of heat dissipation of traction motors. Disclosed is a high-speed self-ventilated traction motor. The interior of the traction motor is a U-shaped air path, and cooling air enters the motor from an air inlet in the top of a base and is divided into three paths, i.e., a stator air path, an air gap air path, and a rotor air path. The three paths of cooling air are converged and extracted by means of a fan provided at a transmission end of a rotating shaft, and are exhausted through air outlets formed in the circumferential direction of the side edge of an end cover of the transmission end. In the present disclosure, stator punching plates of a shrink-fit stator are integrally tensioned with buckle plates by using dovetail slots at the back, and the buckle plates are provided with air paths, such that the weight and noise of the motor can be reduced. In the present disclosure, a new shaft extension structure is used, such that the connection reliability of a coupling is improved, and the damage rate of a repeated disassembly/assembly operation of the coupling to shaft extension is decreased. Filling and sealing bodies are additionally provided at notches at two ends of a coil, and a sealing colloid is filled in a gap between connecting lines and a base line outlet hole, such that the overall insulating performance of the stator is improved. Paint-dipping special-shaped hard copper connecting lines are used, such that the fault of low insulation resistance of a connecting portion is eliminated while the connecting strength is satisfied.
