Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-stability fruit plastic cup can filling and film sealing integrated apparatus. The apparatus comprises two mounting plates, wherein a plurality of supporting rods are mounted on a lower end of each of the two mounting plates, and upper ends of the two mounting plates are provided with a feed sealing mechanism and a film sealing mechanism; and the film sealing mechanism comprises two fixing plates mounted on the upper ends of the two mounting plates, a material rod, a receiving rod and two auxiliary rods are rotatably connected between the two fixing plates, upper ends of the two fixing plates are fixedly connected to guide rods, a moving plate is arranged above the two fixing plates, and a film sealing device is mounted on a lower end of the moving plate. According to the device, an automatic film sealing operation can be achieved by only using one electric motor, thereby reducing energy consumption; the device can be linked with a stirring rod by means of a second electric motor so as to stir sweetened water in a mounting cavity, thereby increasing the quality of processed products; and no additional electric motor is needed, thereby further reducing energy consumption.
