Abstract:
Provided are: a high strength alloyed electrolytic zinc-plated steel sheet which has a TS of 780 MPa or more, excellent formability and excellent delayed fracture resistance, while having excellent surface appearance and excellent plating adhesion; and a method for producing this high strength alloyed electrolytic zinc-plated steel sheet. A high strength alloyed electrolytic zinc-plated steel sheet which has a component composition that contains, in mass%, from 0.030% to 0.250% (inclusive) of C, from 0.01% to 3.00% (inclusive) of Si, from 1.00% to 10.00% (inclusive) of Mn, from 0.001% to 0.100% (inclusive) of P and from 0.0001% to 0.0200% (inclusive) of S, with the balance made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and which has an alloyed electrolytic zinc plating layer on the surface. This high strength alloyed electrolytic zinc-plated steel sheet is configured such that: the Fe content in the zinc plating layer is 8.0-15.0%; the tensile strength thereof is 780 MPa or more; and the amount of diffusible hydrogen in the steel sheet is 0.2 wt. ppm or less.
