Abstract:
According to this invention, by increasing the aspect ratio of the crystal grains in an Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy sheet having a composition that includes one or more elements from among Mn, Cr, and Zr and satisfies 0.6 ≤ ([Mg]/[Si]-0.15[Mn]-0.3[Cr]-0.1[Zr]) ≤ 1.8, the strength of the aluminum alloy sheet after artificial aging treatment such as paint baking treatment (after bake hardening) is significantly higher and satisfies the required hardness for use as an automobile structural member without reducing bending workability.
