Abstract:
A high-strength aluminum alloy workpiece and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: step S1, providing a cast aluminum alloy billet; and step S2, performing heat treatment on the aluminum alloy billet, wherein the heat treatment comprises: solution treatment: heating the aluminum alloy billet to 530-550°C and maintaining the temperature for 100-300 minutes; quenching treatment: adding the aluminum alloy billet having undergone the solution treatment into a water bath having a temperature of 60-70°C, and performing quenching for 2-4 minutes; and aging treatment: maintaining the temperature of the aluminum alloy billet having undergone the quenching treatment at 150-165°C for 120-280 minutes, cooling same to 110-130°C and maintaining the temperature for 30-120 minutes, and then naturally cooling same to room temperature to obtain a high-strength aluminum alloy workpiece. Heat treatment is performed on a casting part to improve the mechanical strength thereof and to enhance the toughness thereof.
