Abstract:
A high-strength and high-conductivity Cu-Ag-Sc alloy and a preparation method therefor. The alloy comprises the following components in mass percent: 1-10% of Ag, and 0.05-0.5% of Sc, with the balance being Cu. The hardness of the alloy is 88-148 HV, and the conductivity is 83%-88% IACS. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) placing metal Ag and metal Sc in an electric arc furnace for vacuum smelting, and performing furnace cooling to obtain an Ag-Sc intermediate alloy; (2) placing the Ag-Sc intermediate alloy, electrolytic copper, and metal Ag in an induction furnace to smelt under a vacuum condition at 1200-1300°C, and performing casting and furnace cooling; (3) heating to 700-850°C for heat treatment under an inert atmosphere condition, and performing water quenching to normal temperature; and (4) heating to 400-500°C for aging treatment under the inert atmosphere condition, and performing air cooling to normal temperature. According to the method of the present invention, a Cu-Ag-Sc alloy in which all components are evenly distributed is obtained by means of the intermediate alloy Ag-Sc, and the problem of difficulty for Sc to melt in Cu is solved.
