Abstract:
A high-strength corrosion-resistant magnesium alloy composite material and a preparation method therefor. A formula comprises Mg, Al, Sn, Mn, WC, La and Ca. The preparation method comprises: step 1: weighing raw materials; step 2: melting the raw materials; step 3: ultrasonic stirring; step 4: casting molten liquid; and step 5: heat treatment, wherein in step 2, the volume ratio of nitrogen to argon is 1 : 1; in step 2, the smelting temperature is 700ºC, and the heating rate is 200ºC/30 min; and in step 5, the homogenization treatment temperature is 300-400ºC, and the homogenization treatment time is 5-10 h. Compared with an existing magnesium alloy, the alloy composition proportion is improved, the strength of the magnesium alloy is increased, and the magnesium alloy also has good corrosion resistance; the raw materials are smelted in a vacuum and under a protective gas, such that the generation of impurities is reduced; and in addition, ultrasonic stirring is used, such that the raw materials can be mixed more evenly, and therefore, the quality of the finished magnesium alloy is guaranteed.
