Abstract:
A high-strength hook device for an isolation net of an automobile trunk comprises a plastic base (1), a metal fixing clamp (2), a fastening bolt (3), a hanging ring (4), a wear pad (5), a wear rib (6), and plastic protective covers (7). The hanging ring (4) is connected to a vehicle body by means of the fastening bolt (3) and a metal fixing clamp (2), the back of the metal fixing clamp (2) is fully fitted with the vehicle body, and the stressed area is great, thereby improving the bearing capability of the hook device. The plastic base (1) is assembled together with the metal fixing clamp (2) by means of an embedded structure, so that no force is applied to a plastic component when external force is transmitted from the hanging ring (4) to the vehicle body, so as to avoid the failure of the hook device due to the failure of the plastic component, thereby improving the bearing reliability of the hook device. The plastic protective covers (7) having a styling feature are clipped to the hanging ring (4) and the plastic base (1), accordingly, the fastening bolt (3) pre-mounted on the hook device can be prevented from falling, and the exposure of the fastening bolt (3) and the metal fixing clamp (2) can also be concealed, so as to make the appearance beautiful.
