Abstract:
Provided are a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention contains in the component composition thereof, in terms of mass%, 0.05-0.15% C, 0.1% or less of Si, 1.0-2.0% Mn, 0.10% or less of P, 0.030% or less of S, 0.10% or less of Al, and 0.010% or less of N, and contains at least one of Ti, Nb, and V in a range satisfying formula (1), the remainder comprising iron and unavoidable impurities, and the structure of the present invention in terms of area ratio is at least 80% ferrite and a total of 1-20% of bainite and martensite, the average grain diameter of the ferrite being 10.0 µm or less, the average grain diameter of a combined phase of bainite and martensite being 3.0 µm or less, and the ratio of the average grain diameter of the combined phase of bainite and martensite to the average grain diameter of ferrite being 0.3 or less. (1): 0.008% ≤ 12 × (Ti/48 + Nb/93 + V/51) ≤ 0.05% (where Ti, Nb, and V represent the contents (mass%) of each element). For elements which cannot be included, calculation is performed using a content of 0 for the element in the formula.
