The objective of the present invention is to provide a high-strength hot rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method therefor, the steel sheet ensuring, in order to overcome the problem of an existing mini-mill process, the unique properties of high-burring steel, such as hole expandability, by using an endless rolling mode in a continuous casting-direct rolling process and, simultaneously, remarkably reducing inhomogeneity in the widthwise and lengthwise directions of the steel sheet and having excellent surface quality.
