Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-strength, low-magnetism anchor chain and a process for manufacturing same. The process comprising the following steps: (1) heating rod material at a heating temperature of 800-900ºC and weaving a ring under heat; (2) after weaving the ring under heat, lowering the temperature of a ring body to less than 700ºC and welding; (3) clamping an anchor ring by means of a fixing clamp, and removing burrs under pressure twice; (4) after burr removal, lowering the temperature of the back of the ring and pressing; and (5) at a temperature of 1000-1100ºC, performing solution treatment on the high-strength, low-magnetism anchor chain. Compared with the traditional process flow, V-shaped openings and misalignment can be avoided, and the surface quality of flash welding can be controlled; electrode burn damage is reduced and the risk of fissures inside the ring is reduced; subsequent milling is reduced, increasing production efficiency; and the occurrence of D-shaped rings is effectively reduced, while also facilitating prevention of magnetism of the chain rings.
