Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a high-strength member having excellent delayed fracture resistance, a method for manufacturing a high-strength member, and a method for manufacturing a steel sheet for a high-strength member. A high-strength member 10 according to the present invention has a bent ridgeline part 12 obtained by using a steel sheet 11, wherein the tensile strength of the member is no smaller than 1,470 MPa, the residual stress in an end surface 13 of the bent ridgeline part 12 is no greater than 300 MPa, and the Vickers hardness (Hv) of the end surface 13 of the bent ridgeline part 12 is 200 to 450 inclusive.
