Abstract:
Provided are: a high-strength steel plate having superior chemical conversion treatment characteristics and superior post-electrodeposition corrosion resistance even if there is a high content of Si and Mn; and a method for producing same. During continuous annealing of a steel plate containing, by mass%, 0.03-0.35% of C, 0.01-0.50% of Si, 3.6-8.0% of Mn, 0.01-1.0% of Al, ≤0.10% of P, and ≤0.010% of S, the remainder comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities, the greatest temperature the steel plate reaches within an annealing furnace is 600-750°C inclusive, and the time of passage of the steel plate in a temperature region at which the steel plate temperature is 600-750°C inclusive is 30 seconds to 10 minutes inclusive, and the dew point of the atmosphere is at least -10°C.
