Abstract:
Provided are a high-strength steel plate and a method for manufacturing the same. The high-strength steel plate includes a prescribed component composition, with the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities. The steel composition is 20.0 – 60.0% ferrite by area ratio, 40.0 – 80.0% hard phase formed from bainitic ferrite, tempered martensite, quenched martensite, and retained austenite by total area ratio, 35.0 – 55.0% of the total hard phase by area ratio being bainitic ferrite, 20.0 – 40.0% of the total hard phase by area ratio being tempered martensite, 3.0 – 15.0% of the total hard phase by area ratio being quenched martensite, and 5.0 – 20.0% of the total hard phase by area ratio being retained austenite, the amount of C in the retained austenite being 0.6% percent by mass or greater, and the ratio of the amount of C in the tempered martensite to the amount of C in the quenched martensite being 0.2 or greater and less than 1.0.
