Abstract:
Provided is a high-strength and -toughness corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy material, containing 7.93-8.92 wt% of silicon, 1.98-2.11 wt% of copper, 0.001-0.02 wt% of manganese, 0.001-0.02 wt% of magnesium, 0.005-0.23 wt% of zinc, 0.182-0.62 wt% of zirconium, and 0.0346-0.0391 wt% or 0.0391-0.04 wt% of strontium. On the basis of the composition design of conventional Al-Si-Cu series aluminum-alloy casting, the content of silicon, copper, zirconium, and strontium is adjusted and the silicon phase of the aluminum alloy is very effectively refined, such that the dimensions of the silicon are concentrated at the submicron level; furthermore, the length-to-diameter ratio is concentrated at ≤2, such that the material impact toughness is ≥34.3 J/cm^2, the tensile strength is ≥208 MPa, the elongation after fracture is ≥6.5%, and the corrosion rate is ≤0.049 mm/y after the invention material is immersed in a 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution for 93 h.
