Abstract:
An aluminum-based composite material, particularly, a high-strength and toughness, high-thermal-conductivity, and easy-to-weld aluminum-based composite material for a 5G base station and a preparation method therefor. By means of the chemical component design, in-situ nanoparticle strengthening and refining, rare earth microalloying technology, and a developed and designed electromagnetic ultrasonic regulation double roll continuous casting and rolling device, a high-strength and toughness, high-thermal-conductivity, and easy-to-weld aluminum-based composite material strip for a 5G base station is prepared. The composite material strip prepared by the technology has fine crystallites; a nano-rare earth precipitated phase is contained in a grain, and high-thermal-conductivity in-situ nanoceramic particles are contained in a grain boundary; the content of the grain boundary is improved due to the low-melting-point alloy component design and the significant grain refinement while significantly improving the room temperature strength and toughness and thermal conductivity of the alloy, and the ply rolling cold welding performance of the alloy strip is effectively improved.
