Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-temperature and high-humidity hydrolysis-resistant aqueous injectable shoe adhesive and applications thereof. The raw material formula of the shoe adhesive comprises an aqueous polymer dispersion, a thickener, and a crosslinking agent, where the polymer in the aqueous polymer dispersion is one or more among polyurethane, polyurea, and polyurethane urea, the mass ratio of the thickener to the polymer is 0.001-0.02:1, the mass ratio of the crosslinking agent to the polymer is 0.02-0.3:1, and the crosslinking agent is one or more among polyisocyanate, polyaziridine, polycarbodiimide, and melamine. The shoe adhesive is applicable in an integrally formed shoe material of an injectable foamed midsole stock solution, can release heat by midsole foaming to be reactivated and thereby gluing a substrate to the foamed midsole; moreover, the use of the crosslinking agent also increases the resistance of the shoe adhesive on the substrate, particularly hydrolysis resistance in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, increases the range of applications and performance of a glued product, provides excellent adhesive strength with respect to rubber and polyurethane foam midsoles, and provides the characteristics of high-temperature resistance and high-temperature and high-humidity hydrolysis resistance.
