Abstract:
A high-temperature and low-temperature resistant near-infrared absorbing filter and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: adding 0.2-0.5 parts by mass of a near-infrared absorbent to 30-50 parts by mass of an organic solvent; and after thoroughly stirring the mixture, adding 80-100 parts by mass of an optical polymer pellet to a solution, and stirring the same to obtain a near-infrared absorbing coating material. The near-infrared absorbing material has excellent high-temperature and low-temperature resistance. The filter can favorably block light rays within a waveband of 650-900 nm, and has a higher transmittance rate at a visible light region.
