Abstract:
Provided is a high-temperature metal cooling method which, without using a device having a complicated configuration, improves cooling performance and enables uniform cooling by means of an injection liquid. The high-temperature metal cooling method according to the present invention is characterized by comprising cooling a high-temperature metal that is being conveyed, with a microbubble-containing cooling liquid by supplying the cooling liquid toward the high-temperature metal.
