Abstract:
A high-temperature high-pressure combustion system of sub-critical compound heat
carrier generator comprises a combustion room head (1), a combustion room case
(2), a combustion room lining (3) and a evaporation room case (6). The combustion room
head (1) is inserted in the front end of combustion room case (2). The evaporation room
case (6) is connected to the rear end of combustion room case (2). The combustion room
lining (3) is mounted on the inner wall of combustion room case (2) to form a water
insulation sheath (4) between them. The inner wall of the rear section of combustion
room lining (3) has water nozzles. The middle part of the connection between the
combustion room case (2) and the evaporation room case (6) has a embedded metallic
sealing element (5) whose front and rear sealing surfaces are sphere. The sealed
surfaces of combustion room case (2) and the evaporation room case (6) are internal
taper. The rear end of combustion room lining (3) extends to metallic sealing
element (5) and the front inner wall of the evaporation room case (6) to form a water
insulation sheath (4) between them. The system is resistant to high temperature
and high pressure with high sealing reliability.
