Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fire-fighting and smoke exhaust, and provides the technical solution that a silica aerogel can be better wrapped on the surfaces of fibers by modifying and optimizing a framework of a silica aerogel felt (a heat insulating layer), using ceramic fibers having better high-temperature resistance, and simultaneously enabling dendrites to grow on the surfaces of the ceramic fibers serving as the framework, wherein the dendrites can enable the framework and the silica aerogel to be combined more tightly. In this way, the advantage is that the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating layer is improved. Because the heat transfer of the ceramic fibers is relatively fast, the heat insulating effect of the whole heat insulating layer can be reduced due to a heat conduction effect after the fibers overlap each other. The silica aerogel has a better heat insulating effect, and the fibers are better wrapped, such that silica having better heat insulating performance between the fibers is separated from each other so as to improve the heat insulating effect of the whole heat insulating layer.
