Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-temperature-resistant flexible joint for a marine riser, which can satisfy the use requirements for a swing angle, high-temperature liquid transfer, etc., and has a high reliability. The flexible joint is in the form of a structure in which two sets of joint assemblies are symmetrically arranged vertically, and can ensure that an elastic element is in a pressed state when the joint is subjected to axial tension and compression loads, thereby improving the axial bearing capacity of the joint, and improving the service life of the joint; and the maximum swing angle allowed by the joint is effectively increased without increasing the outer diameter of the joint, such that the joint can be used under harsher offshore conditions.
