Abstract:
A high temperature resistant release agent and a preparation method therefor. The high temperature resistant release agent comprises, in parts by weight, 45-185 parts of a low molecular weight polyisobutylene, 34-84 parts of oxalic acid, 18-49 parts of an emulsifier, 14-22 parts of a catalyst, 400-900 parts of deionized water, 1-8 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 25-75 parts of a silicone rubber, 5-17 parts of an antifreezing agent, 12-32 parts of polyalkylene glycol, and 33-88 parts of hydroxyphenyl ethyl ester. In this way, a mold can have a prolonged service life, is easy to clean, and has good surface smoothness, greatly reducing the cost.
