Abstract:
Provided is a high temperature resistant miniaturized resonator gyroscope. The gyroscope comprises a resonator (1), a circuit board (5), a piezoelectric element (2), a support base (3), a housing (4), and a wiring terminal (6). The resonator (1) is placed in the housing (4), and is connected to the support base (3). The piezoelectric element (2) is connected to the wiring terminal (6) by means of a metal conductor (7). Key process points of elements in the gyroscope are fixedly connected to each other by means of a high temperature resistant material and a high temperature process. The gyroscope is a small gyroscope capable of operating at high temperatures. An inertial navigation system comprising the high temperature resistant miniaturized resonant gyroscope and a drilling measurement system and method employing the inertial navigation system are also provided. The drilling measurement system is adapted to the environment so as to withstand high temperatures, strong vibrations, and strong impacts, and has a small size, facilitating drilling measurement. The drilling measurement method is used in the measurement system, and accurately measures a downhole position.
