Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-temperature-resistant switched reluctance motor controller, comprising a controller housing, a lubricating mechanism, and a cleaning mechanism. A mounting bracket is provided on the surface of one side of the controller housing, a fixed rotating shaft is provided on the surface of one side of the controller housing and located on one side of the mounting bracket, the fixed rotating shaft passes through the mounting bracket and is connected to the controller housing, the fixed rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the controller housing by means of the mounting bracket, the lubricating mechanism is located at the junction of the mounting bracket and the fixed rotating shaft, the lubricating mechanism comprises a mounting groove, and the mounting groove is formed in the surface of one side of the mounting bracket. By means of the mounting groove provided, the surface of the fixed rotating shaft is lubricated conveniently and quickly, thereby prolonging the service life of the mounting bracket and the service life of the fixed rotating shaft, and guaranteeing the working efficiency of the controller housing; and by means of a sliding rod provided, the heat dissipation effect of a heat dissipation screen frame on the interior of the controller is guaranteed, and the service life of the heat dissipation screen frame is also prolonged.
