Abstract:
A high-temperature-resistant vacuum electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve comprising a valve body assembly (01) and an electromagnetic coil (9) assembly (02) which abut against and are contactingly connected to one another, the valve body assembly (01) comprising a valve body main body (1) and a valve rod (2) which form a reciprocating motion connection with one another; the valve body main body (1) is made of a stainless steel material, and the valve rod (2) is made of a red copper material; an extension type through pipe is a stainless steel pipe; the electromagnetic coil (9) assembly (02) comprises a coil (9) assembly mounted on a support; a coil (9) in the coil (9) assembly is obtained by winding a polyesterimide composite amide enameled copper wire; and the valve body main body (1) is a pipe for cesium steam to flow through. The present invention has a simple structure. In addition, the material difference between the valve rod (2) and the valve body assembly (01) allows the reciprocation of the valve rod (2) in the vacuum state valve body main body (1) to be relatively smooth. Furthermore, the coil (9) in the present invention is obtained by winding the high-temperature-resistant polyesterimide composite amide enameled copper wire, so that the entire electromagnetic valve may bear a continuous high-temperature working environment.
