Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-temperature steam heating module and a washing machine or dryer using same. The high-temperature heating module comprises a high-temperature steam module main body, an electromagnetic heating driving assembly, and a water radiator provided with a water flow channel. The high-temperature steam module main body is internally provided with an electromagnetic heating steam pipe and a water intake pipe in communication with the electromagnetic heating steam pipe; the electromagnetic heating driving assembly comprises an electromagnetic coil and an electromagnetic driving assembly; the electromagnetic driving assembly drives the electromagnetic coil to perform high-frequency electromagnetic oscillation, and then a wall of the electromagnetic heating steam pipe generates heat due to eddy current and hysteresis effects; water flowing through the electromagnetic heating steam pipe is heated and rapidly evaporates, and forms a high-temperature steam output of 100-150°C; and the water radiator ensures that the electromagnetic coil does not overheat. The overall size is smaller, the reliability is higher, the cost is lower, the steam generating efficiency is high, and the thermal efficiency is high. The washing machine or the dryer using the high-temperature steam heating module can perform better high-temperature disinfection and care for laundry.
