A high-temperature sterilization air conditioning system for an airplane, and a sterilization method. In said system, a high-temperature sterilization air recirculation apparatus is added to a traditional airplane air conditioning system, said high-temperature sterilization air recirculation apparatus comprising a high-temperature sterilization air recirculation pipeline (9), a heater (26), a high-temperature ejection and mixing chamber (27) and a primary heat exchanger (12) bypass. The air recirculation pipeline connects to the high-temperature ejection and mixing chamber (27). After being mixed with high-temperature engine bleed air (I) by means of ejection action of an ejector (28), a mixed high-temperature gas passes through the primary heat exchanger (12) bypass, enters a compressor (15) for compression and warming, and then passes through the cooling of a secondary heat exchanger (13) and a turbine (16), and is adjusted to a suitable temperature, and subsequently supplied to an airplane cabin. The present system and the method are caused to be able to perform high-temeprature sterilization on recirculated air in an airplane air conditioning system, thus ensuring the cleanliness of air supply in an airplane cabin and the hygenic safety of airplane passengers, and thus achieving the effect of sterilizing infectious viruses and inhibiting cross-infection between persons.
