Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-toughness cable granule made of the following raw materials by weight: 50-65 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 15-25 parts of terminal carboxylated nitrile rubber, 30-45 parts of acrylonitrile, 10 -20 parts of polyetheramine, 5-15 parts of polyethylene polyamine, 8-16 parts of diluent, 10-20 parts of a carbon nanotube, 5-10 parts of coconut oil, 2-3 parts of wollastonite, 3-6 parts of glass fiber, 10-15 parts of ethylene bis-stearamide, 10-15 parts of polyethylene wax, 20-25 parts of an environmentally-friendly gel and other additives. The high-toughness cable granule has enhanced toughness and is suitable for use in a variety of complex environments.
