Abstract:
A high-transmission-ratio suspension shaft centrifugal supercharger having a planetary gear mechanism. The supercharger comprises a transmission unit (1), a draught fan supercharging unit (2) and a cooling unit. The transmission unit (1) is composed of a belt wheel (11), the planetary gear mechanism (12), a friction wheel set (13) and a suspension main shaft (14). The planetary gear mechanism (12) comprises a sun gear (201) and three planetary gears (202), and the sun gear (201) and the three planetary gears (202) are installed in a gearbox (203). The sun gear (201) and the belt wheel (11) are installed coaxially and rotate at the same time. The three planetary gears (202) are arranged on the periphery of the sun gear in 120-degree symmetry and engaged with the sun gear and move along with the sun gear. The friction wheel set (13) comprises friction wheels arranged in a sealed box (131), and the friction wheels arranged coaxially corresponding to the planetary gears (202). The suspension main shaft (14) forms contract friction with surfaces of the friction wheels, and is driven by the friction wheels to rotate along with the friction wheels. The cooling unit is used for pumping high-temperature lubricating oil in the gearbox and the sealed box out, cooling and then returning the lubricating oil. The supercharger can increase the transmission precision and speed increasing ratio of the whole machine and has the advantages of high safety, long service life, convenience in installation in a suspended mode, high heat dissipation performance, low noise and the like.
