Disclosed is a high-usage mascara brush, comprising a container (1) which accommodates a mascara material and has an open end, a cap (2) for opening or closing an opening of the container, a brush rod (3) extending from the cap into the container, a brush head (4) fixedly connected to a tail end of the brush rod to take the mascara material, and a scraping structure (5) provided on the opening of the container to wipe the excessive mascara material on the brush head, wherein a piston (6) is provided inside the container (1), the middle part of the piston (6) is sheathed over the brush rod (3), the periphery of the piston (6) elastically contacts the inner wall of the container (1), and the brush rod (3) can unidirectionally drive the piston (6) to move towards the bottom of the container (1). By way of the brush rod unidirectionally driving the piston to move along the inner wall of the container, the mascara material adhered to the inner wall of the container is scraped off and thus gathered at the bottom of the container, so as to increase the usage amount of the material, thereby improving the utilization rate of the mascara material.
